Mission & Vision
CMI educational endeavours aim at forming socially responsible human persons, who are intellectually competent, spiritually mature, morally upright, psychologically integrated, physically healthy, socially amiable, committed to the protection and conservation of earth our common home, entrepreneurial in endeavours and secular in their thinking, and who will champion the cause of justice, love, truth and peace, with an attitude of compassion towards the less privileged and are ever open to changes and further growth.
The CMI Congregation aspires to create a just and humane society where the dignity of the human person is respected, where unjust social structures are challenged, where the cultural heritage of the land is promoted, where religious harmony and national unity are upheld and where the poor and the marginalized are specially taken care of.
Cultivate a community of teachers within CMI educational institutions who are striving for excellence, valued for their contributions and embody commitment, professionalism, moral integrity, fairness, compassion, cultural awareness, and a dedication to the growth and well-being of the learners entrusted to their care and guidance.
Reach out to families, primarily of our students, by assisting them in their needs, sharing in their joys and sorrows, helping them experience love and freedom, and making them realize that our institutions are an extension of their homes.
Provide an inclusive environment open to all students irrespective of caste, creed, ability, gender and social status, accepting and cherishing them as they are, and helping them grow in their own cultural, social, and religious traditions.
Uphold the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Human Values (truth, justice, peace, love and service) as foundational principles in all our educational endeavors, ensuring that all stakeholders have the privilege to become acquainted with them. Community Engagement: Be open to society at large by making resources at our disposal available for ongoing education and non-formal educational endeavours, making education accessible to less privileged social sectors and communities.
Expect parents, staff, and students to share the CMI vision of education and to cooperate with CMIs to realize the noble ideals enshrined in the CMI education vision and mission statements.
